Requirements

  • Native-level German (minimum C1) and fluency in English
  • Previous experience in customer support (preferably 12+ months in a contact center)
  • Familiarity with BPO KPIs (C-SAT, NPS, SLAs)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer support through multiple channels
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and account-related issues
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experience
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets
