Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 yrs professional experience in the key account management area within the travel or hospitality industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Passion for quality and customer excellence
  • Strong work-ethic and hands-on mentality
  • Team Player

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business goals and challenges
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account potential and achieve sales targets
  • Serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and acting as the voice of the customer within the company
  • Understanding our product/service offerings and customizing solutions to fit client needs
  • Overseeing, coordinating, and managing technical projects for key accounts, ensuring successful implementation, troubleshooting, and timely delivery
  • Working closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success, and IT) to deliver exceptional service and solutions
  • Tracking and analyzing key account metrics, ensuring proactive and strategic account management
  • Leading contract discussions and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Representing TrustYou at Trade Fairs and related Events
  • Sharing Client Insights/ Trending with Key Account Management Team, Sales, Product and Marketing Teams
  • Using SalesForce as leading internal system and ensure high, accurate data quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Strong interest in software products and hospitality industry
