Travel Agent

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic German-speaking Travel Agent with customer care experience in call centers. This role involves handling client reservations, responding to inquiries via various channels, and entering customer information into our system. You will need at least one year of experience in the travel industry, knowledge of GDS systems, excellent German language skills, and shift availability. Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in the Travel Industry
• Basic knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in a local travel agency
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken German (B2 and up)
• Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in the morning)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check

Responsibilities

• Make reservations for clients through the platform and using our providers
• Respond to client requests through phone, chat, email, and travel requests via our platform
• Enter customer information into our system to issue reservations or update bookings
• Explain rules and procedures for using our platform service
• Explain rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English
• Customer Care experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
