Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• A completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Advanced English Level
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in finance or a similar business partnering role
• Excel Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and perform basic data analysis
• Data Entry Skills
• Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in data entry
• Basic Understanding of Compliance and Regulations
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Support basic month end close processes and journal entries using Oracle and OBIEE
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and support ad hoc requests for revenue/cost reporting
• Promote basic standardization and create efficiencies across financial reporting models using different methods (RPA, quick fixes, Lean Six Sigma, Tableau)
• Support basic monthly tasks (entry level) end processes for the corresponding team
• Follow service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
• Create desktop procedure documents for routine processes
