Summary

Join our team as a Customs Specialist and help us reach global potential by building the #1 international eCommerce enablement solution for DTC brands. Review customs and billing data, perform data entry, validate accuracy of inputs, and become an expert on the Passport product.

Requirements

• 1+ years work experience with HTS classification
• 1+ years of International Logistics experience
• Ability to manage Data Entry Projects
• Understanding of Duty/Taxes, COO & Free Trade Agreements
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review customs and billing data to identify discrepancies and errors
• Data Entry (Duty Drawback, Reconciliation)
• Validate accuracy of inputs we use to calculate total landed cost
• Duty & tax recovery
• HTS Classification (Product catalogs, Shopify, Internal requests)
• Review country-level details and update our source data when info changes (e.g. Brazil changes the import tax percentage)
• Customs data integrity projects (Review of descriptions, HS codes, COO)
