Join Employment Hero's Performance Operations team as a Learning Specialist to co-design and deliver impactful learning and capability programs aligned with the EH Way. You will drive AI-first enablement, diagnose capability gaps, translate business needs into practical training solutions, and develop AI-generated content using tools like Articulate Rise and HeyGen. This role involves reinventing onboarding and enablement experiences, measuring training effectiveness, facilitating learning sessions, partnering with People & Culture teams, and managing content on the Go1 LMS. The ideal candidate is a Learning Designer with strong stakeholder instincts, high AI fluency, and a passion for fast-paced, high-impact environments. Requirements
- AI Confidence – You’re comfortable using AI tools to boost efficiency and create content at scale
- Learning Mindset – You have experience or a strong interest in designing and delivering learning programs that make a difference
- Tech-Savvy – You’ve worked with instructional design tools or AI platforms to create learning, video or visual content
- Content Creator’s Eye – You’ve built training, social media, or website content before and you notice the small stuff that others miss
- Stakeholder Pro – You know how to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams with confidence and clarity
- Confident Facilitator – You’re skilled at leading virtual sessions that engage and inspire
- Strategic Thinker – You can connect learning goals to business outcomes in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Drive AI First enablement across the business
- Partner with business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and translate these into actionable learning objectives
- Translate business needs into practical training solutions that build skills and confidence
- Develop AI generated content that reflects EH Way values, tone, and strategic goals and use tools like Articulate Rise and HeyGen to create interactive learning experiences
- Help reinvent onboarding and enablement experiences to support our scale-up journey
- Use data to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes
- Facilitate learning sessions that reflect our high-performance culture and values
- Partner with People & Culture teams to ensure programs meet the needs of diverse teams globally
- Maintain and manage content in our learning platform (Go1 LMS), including reporting and user support
Preferred Qualifications
HR Foundations – A background in HR is a plus, but not a must
