Requirements

• Experience in strategic consulting, growth, operations, or efficiency roles in logistics companies, marketplaces, or tech
• Experience with process automation, RPA, and no-code/low-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, etc.)
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate processes that allow the business to scale sustainably
• Implement generative AI, RPA, and low-code/no-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.) to improve efficiency in different areas
• Explore and test new technologies that accelerate growth and improve business efficiency
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to define the best solution and manage blockers
• Design and implement automated dashboards and reports for decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and generative AI models
• Curiosity and passion for innovation in logistics and marketplaces
