Summary
Join Eleos Health as the Global Organizational Development Manager and play a key role in driving our unique culture and values. You will be responsible for taking our People team's impact to the next level, continuously assessing organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers and employees. This role includes ownership over onboarding, engagement, growth, driving impactful changes, and developing our people and leaders. You will initiate cross-organizational processes and lead initiatives to best support the team's development and growth. This position requires a highly motivated individual with 5-7 years of experience in organizational development within a tech environment, preferably in a global startup. Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in Organizational Development roles in a tech environment
- Experience in a global startup organization (SaaS B2B is ideal), where you’ve successfully shaped and contributed to as a global OD function
- Business-driven mindset with a focus on creating impact rather than solely implementing programs or methodologies
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Always willing to 'roll up your sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done
- Experienced in coaching leaders and employees
- Bachelor’s degree and master’s in psychology, organizational consulting, HR, or other relevant field
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Cultivate a profoundly caring and supportive culture at Eleos, where everyone feels genuinely valued, empowered, and motivated to bring their best to the team
- Develop and implement OD programs and processes that are deeply integrated with and driven by core business needs, ensuring maximum relevance and impact
- Design and lead OD programs and initiatives across key areas, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, communication strategies, employee development, career progression, and succession planning
- Lead organizational development and learning initiatives, design and execute global programs and processes to support business needs and HR strategy
- Act as a champion for recognition, celebrating achievements, and fostering a culture of appreciation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working at consulting firms and/or as an organizational development Partner and/or L&D partner in tech companies- a major advantage
