Join Pepperstone as a Partner Business Development Manager - Arabic Speaker and play a key role in expanding our presence and growing the business in the Middle East market. You will manage and nurture relationships with Middle East partners, overseeing the entire partner lifecycle. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship building, a strong understanding of financial markets, and leveraging your network to introduce new business opportunities. You will be supported by marketing and compliance teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to create and implement a strategic plan for growth in the Middle East. Success in this role hinges on exceeding business development targets and fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Be proficient in Arabic and English, both in spoken and written forms
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in the Forex and CFD industry, showcasing a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Have experience in nurturing relationships with IB partners and driving initiatives to foster business growth
  • Possess outstanding communication skills, with a knack for crafting and delivering impactful presentations tailored to diverse partners
  • Have excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Have a proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels, fostering productive relationships to resolve challenges
  • Have a deep understanding of financial markets and trading strategies
  • Possess strong numerical skills; be comfortable working with data and figures
  • Be quick to adapt in dynamic environments and support others in doing the same
  • Have a proven track record of conflict resolution and overcoming challenges

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new partnerships and IB relationships to drive the Companyโ€™s business objectives and targets throughout the Middle East Region
  • Take initiative in exploring and presenting opportunities that align with our growth aspirations and strategies within the IB partners sector
  • Spearhead and implement IB-related projects and initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders to foster regional development
  • Establish new IB relationships that will support the Companyโ€™s strategic goals across the Middle East landscape
  • Engage with IBs to introduce the Company, showcase our services, and understand the needs and unique situations of each new Affiliate
  • Set up meetings, whether in-person or virtual, with both new and existing IBs to promote business growth
  • Travel to diverse locations to lead seminars and educational sessions with IBs
  • Facilitate an onboarding process for new IBs, guiding them on how to navigate their affiliate panel and utilize available systems
  • Clearly explain the commission structure to IBs, and where necessary, negotiate alternatives
  • Keep IBs informed about our range of products and current marketing initiatives
  • Consistently meet and exceed business development targets as outlined
