Requirements

• Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex payment processes simultaneously and maintain attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of SQL to perform payment queries, analyze data, and extract insights from the payment system
• Able to analyze large sets of payment data, identify trends, and solve complex payment-related issues
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving exceptions, payment discrepancies, and retroactive cases efficiently
• Pays close attention to accuracy, especially in manual calculations and exceptional payments, to ensure no errors in payment processing
• Able to clearly communicate in English with cross-functional teams, including Finance, partners, and internal stakeholders, to resolve payment issues
• Able to adapt to changing processes, requirements, and systems in a fast-paced, global environment
• Works well with a global team, ensuring seamless collaboration across different regions and departments

Responsibilities

• Streamline manual and exception payment workflows for efficiency
• Ensure precise payments and reduce errors in exceptional cases
• Support Finance in resolving payment discrepancies and maintaining smooth communication
• Ensure exceptional payments are handled well to maintain strong partner relationships
• Lead and mentor the team, with current 1 assistant, fostering growth in payment operations
• Identify process improvements and prioritize tasks aligned with company goals
• Oversee consistent global payment operations, managing international challenges
