Global Payroll Analyst

Summary

Based in the Philippines, you will process and review Australian payroll with 100% accuracy, prepare reports, assist clients, collaborate with partners, and ensure compliance. This full-time, day-shift role requires 1-4 years of Australian payroll experience and strong attention to detail. You will build client relationships and identify any payroll risks. Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance
• Hands-on experience with Australian payroll (this is a must-have)
• Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other Australian payroll regulations
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset — you’re approachable, helpful, and solutions-oriented
• Proficient in Excel and able to work with payroll data confidently
• Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment
• Open to continuous learning and professional development

Responsibilities

• Processing and reviewing payroll for Australian businesses with 100% accuracy
• Preparing payroll reports and ensuring timely submission
• Assisting clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues
• Working closely with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience
• Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted payroll advisor
• Identifying and reporting any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing
• Following information security guidelines to protect sensitive payroll data
