Global Payroll Analyst

You will also reconcile payroll reports with the finance team, maintain compliance with labor and tax laws, and serve as a point of contact for payroll inquiries. Additionally, you will support corporate visa processes, collaborating with specialized providers. This role requires experience with international payroll, particularly in the US and Brazil, along with strong analytical skills and advanced English proficiency.

Requirements

• Experience with international payroll, especially in the US and Brazil
• Solid knowledge of payroll routines, charges, legal and tax obligations
• Familiarity or experience with corporate visa processes
• Analytical profile, with attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly
• Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets
• Advanced English
• Commitment to the confidentiality and integrity of information

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing in the US and Brazil, in addition to payments in other countries through Deel (EOR)
• Collect, review, and submit payroll data (such as hires, terminations, bonuses, leaves, benefits), ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Calculation and control of labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, Union Contributions)
• Analyze payroll reports and reconcile data with the Finance team
• Ensure compliance with labor and tax laws of each country
• Be the point of contact for payroll-related questions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on scalability and compliance
• Work in the organization and monitoring of visa processes, including sending documents, interfacing with law firms and providing guidance on schedules
