Summary

Join Procore’s Finance, Strategy, and Operations Team as an International Payroll Analyst! You will own international payroll processes, ensuring accurate and compliant processing from hire to termination. Success requires strong ownership, attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication with vendors and colleagues. A passion for global payroll compliance and process improvement is essential. This remote position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Payroll and requires immediate availability. You will monitor, review, and approve international payroll, ensuring data integrity and compliance. You will also lead process improvements and collaborate on payroll-related projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of global payroll experience handling multiple country payrolls
  • Experience with Workday, CloudPay, or other global payroll provider technologies
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet applications, including MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, review, and approve all aspects of the international payroll to ensure accurate and compliant payroll to our Procore colleagues
  • Understand how our data integrates with our payroll provider and monitor integrations to ensure all errors are reviewed and resolved and that accurate information is used in our payroll calculations
  • Takes a lead role and represents Procore with our global payroll partner and ICPs on process changes, issue resolution, new pay/deduction codes, and improvement opportunities
  • Ensures payments to our Procore colleagues are compliant and processes wires and other transactions to ensure our Procore colleagues and vendors are paid timely
  • Performs SOX and operational controls to ensure the accuracy of the payroll data and the protection of Procore’s financial reporting. Is meticulous in maintaining data in support of our audit requirements
  • Takes process improvements from idea straight through to implementation. Takes a lead role in payroll-related projects
  • Takes a lead role in closing out the tax year, working with key stakeholders on new benefit programs, deadlines, data, and other requirements. Provides support and evidence for audit requests
