Global Reservation Agent

Join Scenic & Emerald Cruises Canada as a Global Reservations Agent and become a trusted advisor for guests, personalizing their luxury travel experiences. You will be responsible for promoting award-winning cruises, tailoring travel packages, and managing bookings. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a passion for travel and sales experience. Work will be remote for candidates outside Vancouver’s Lower Mainland, hybrid for those nearby, and requires shift availability between 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST / 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to guests and travel partners, showcasing our global cruise offerings
• Engage with clients via phone, email, and live chat to guide them through their booking journey
• Create and manage reservations, including cruise itineraries, flights, accommodations, and pre/post-cruise extensions
• Build strong relationships with guests and nurture long-term client loyalty
• Demonstrate agility and problem-solving skills when addressing guest changes or special requests
• Collaborate with international colleagues and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Consistently meet individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Quick adaptability to new systems and processes; familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus
• Experience working in a home office or remote environment preferred
