Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in similar roles
• Proven experience as a GRC Specialist, with a focus on Oracle GRC and Risk Management Cloud
• Strong understanding of security role design, access control, and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in identifying and managing risks within enterprise systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices for security and compliance

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and modify security roles within the Oracle GRC environment
• Manage and mitigate risks using Oracle Risk Management Cloud, ensuring effective control mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee access control protocols and security configurations to maintain a secure environment
• Provide expertise in role design, segregation of duties (SoD), and user access management
• Monitor and audit systems to identify vulnerabilities and ensure continuous compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security and compliance needs
• Develop and maintain documentation, including security policies, risk assessments, and compliance reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Oracle GRC or Risk Management Cloud is a plus
• Experience with implementing and managing SoD and user access controls
