Requirements

  • Strong academic record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working with data and interpreting numbers
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with quote creation, deal structuring, and pricing approvals
  • Assist in reviewing commercial terms and ensuring deals comply with internal policies
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Sales to ensure contracts are complete and accurate
  • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards related to deal flow, pricing trends, and approval cycle times
  • Help implement process improvements and contribute to documentation and training materials
  • Partner with senior Deal Desk analysts to understand complex deal structures and pricing models
  • Contribute to post-deal analysis and learnings for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
