Summary
Join Fenergo's Finance Operations and Procurement teams as a recent graduate and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing global technology company. This role offers full exposure to finance and procurement functions, structured training, mentorship, and a foundation for a successful career. You will support accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, month-end reporting, audit preparation, compliance, and financial process improvements. Additionally, you will assist with supplier onboarding, purchase orders, contract tracking, cost analysis, supplier performance metrics, and maintaining procurement tools and documentation. The ideal candidate possesses strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. A Level 8 qualification in a relevant field (minimum 2:1) is required.
Requirements
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel)
- Degree: Level 8 qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field (minimum 2:1)
Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with month-end and annual reporting and audit preparation
- Collaborate on compliance and financial process improvements
- Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and contract tracking
- Support cost analysis and supplier performance metrics
- Help maintain procurement tools and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
ERP system experience is preferable
