Graduate Product Manager

Summary

Join YouGov's Customer Platform team as a Graduate Product Manager and contribute to the development of innovative tools and experiences for global customers. This hands-on role offers exposure to data products, analytics tools, and customer engagement solutions. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, shaping B2B platforms and developing core product management skills. The role involves understanding user needs, prioritizing roadmap planning, participating in product development and execution, conducting user testing and iteration, supporting product launches, and measuring success. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers remote work within Poland or Italy, starting in August 2025.

Requirements

• Be a natural problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges and thinking critically about solutions
• Be detail-oriented, noticing small but important details in data, user flows, or technical documentation
• Have an interest in B2B & data-driven products, being curious about how analytics platforms work and how businesses use data to make decisions
• Possess great communication skills, clearly expressing ideas, asking insightful questions, and collaborating effectively across teams
• Have an analytical mindset, enjoying working with data, drawing insights from trends, and learning about tools like SQL or product analytics (no prior experience required, but enthusiasm for learning is key!)
• Be a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys learning from others

Responsibilities

• Support research into customer pain points, industry trends, and user behaviours using both qualitative and quantitative insights
• Observe client interviews, review analytics, and help transform findings into actionable recommendations
• Assist in defining priorities and structuring the roadmap
• Contribute to discussions on feature development, trade-offs, and business impact
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to shape product requirements, write user stories, and ensure successful delivery of new features
• Help to analyse user feedback, run experiments, and iterate on features based on data-driven insights
• Support go-to-market strategies, internal enablement, and early-stage performance tracking of new releases
• Help monitor key product metrics, identify areas for improvement, and assist in the continuous refinement of our platform
