Summary
Join YouGov's Product Public Platform team as a Graduate, contributing to a major strategic initiative. This entry-level role involves assisting senior team members, enhancing existing services, and learning about product management. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, working with Agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making. The 12-month fixed-term contract offers remote work within Poland or Italy, starting August 2025. The program includes structured training, real-world experience, and exposure to senior leadership. Successful completion may lead to a permanent role.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (coursework or personal projects)
- Basic understanding of content publishing and SEO concepts
- Keen interest in data-driven decision making and market research
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Slack, Zoom etc
- Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and contribute
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong curiosity and desire to understand user needs and product development
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of YouGov's products, user groups, and strategic direction by shadowing internal experts and participating in customer research activities
- Shadow product managers to understand the process of identifying and prioritizing work within YouGov's product ecosystem
- Support the creation of user stories, success criteria, and UAT criteria under the guidance of senior team members
- Gain insight into the prioritization process, balancing customer value, business value, and technical considerations
- Support the squad of engineers and designers in their daily activities, learning about Agile methodologies and product development processes
- Participate in team meetings, learning to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
