Summary

Join YouGov's Member Platform team as a Graduate Product Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, working remotely from Poland or Italy. This hands-on role involves rotating through various teams, gaining experience in member acquisition, trust & identity, participation, rewards, and data insights. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, contributing to impactful projects and developing a deep understanding of consumer-facing digital product development. Responsibilities

  • Help research member needs, pain points, and behaviors using qualitative and quantitative data; sit in on user interviews, analyze data, and contribute to insights that shape the roadmap
  • Support product managers in defining priorities and structuring roadmaps; refine ideas, contribute to discussions, and learn how decisions are made
  • Assist in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements; learn how to balance speed, scalability, and user experience
  • Support user testing and feedback loops; analyze results, document learnings, and suggest improvements
  • Assist in the rollout of new features; support internal and external communications, and monitor early performance data
  • Help track key metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to optimize and improve products over time

Preferred Qualifications

Willingness to learn SQL (no experience required)
