Graphic and Motion Designer (Junior)

Join our team as a Graphic/Motion Designer to create visually engaging content across digital platforms, collaborating with clients and copywriters to bring ideas to life.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic/motion design
• Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)
• Strong sense of creativity and an eye for detail
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms and a passion for social media
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong prioritization skills
• Fluent in English, ideally also in German

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling graphics and animations for digital campaigns
• Coordinate creative feedback with clients, refining designs based on their input
• Participate in or help execute content shoots (static or video) for ongoing social media content of different brands
• Collaborate with copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging and design
• Support social media managers by assisting with the uploading and publishing of visual assets across platforms
• Stay updated with design trends and incorporate them into your work to keep our visuals fresh and relevant

Preferred Qualifications

Previous work experience in agencies is a plus

Minimum annual gross salary of €31,300 (Junior level) and €39,200 (Intermediate level)
