Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in production or graphic design, along with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in production design, graphic design, or a related field
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout best practices
• Experience preparing print-ready files and optimizing digital assets
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote or hybrid work setting
• Ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Format and prepare print and digital assets for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Resize and adapt creative assets for various platforms, including web, social media, and print
• Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and technical specifications for different outputs
• Perform quality control checks, including resolution, color accuracy, and layout adjustments
• Manage production files and maintain an organized asset library for efficient workflow
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to refine and finalize creative projects
• Troubleshoot design and production issues, offering solutions for optimization
