Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote Graphic Designer based in Latin America. You will design visual assets for packaging, labels, and product displays, developing point-of-purchase materials and branded assets for various marketing initiatives. This 3-month project starts full-time, transitioning to part-time. The role requires 3-5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with print production. Exceptional communication and attention to detail are essential. Compensation ranges from $1500-$2200 monthly (full-time) or $800-$1000 (part-time), depending on experience. The position is for an independent contractor.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in the beverage space (beer or spirits), CPG, or food & beverage industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, POP, and brand design work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with print production processes and materials
  • Experience developing creative for multicultural audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent layout and typography skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visual assets for packaging, labels, and product displays
  • Develop point-of-purchase (POP) materials for retail environments
  • Create branded assets for events, promotions, and trade shows
  • Ensure consistency across all design work in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Prepare files for print and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, to execute design projects
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Create ad-hoc marketing deliverables, including sales sheets, email campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Work closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure the creative aligns with brand objectives and cultural tone
  • Familiarity with both on-premise and off-premise marketing strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to align creative with brand objectives and cultural sensitivities
  • Knowledge of beverage industry trends

Benefits

  • This is a 3-month project: full-time for the first month, then part-time for the following two
  • The Salary range offered for this position as a Full Time varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,200 and as a Part Time $800 - $1,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client
