The ideal candidate will have a passion for both print and digital design, with at least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. The role involves creating high-quality graphics for various media, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the design elements of grant proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree graduate
• At least 2 years experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design ideas clearly
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours

Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality graphics for both print and digital media
• Develop web-related graphics for relevant media, such as ads, banners, and other digital marketing assets
• Manage and implement design revisions based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of final designs
• Provide input on design elements, including fonts, color schemes, and layouts to enhance overall content effectiveness and brand consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the visual needs of various campaigns and projects
