Graphic Designer

Summary

As a Graphic Designer at Chronos, you will create visually compelling graphics tailored to e-commerce store owners' brand identities while driving measurable returns on investment. You must have a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or similar field and at least 2 years of graphic design experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or similar field required
• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience is necessary
• Previous experience in a fast-paced agency (digital marketing, lifecycle, or email marketing) is essential
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required
• Quick learner with ability to adapt to new software
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Team player with ability to collaborate effectively

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Plan and create graphics for our clients' brands
• Generate brand-related and high-converting graphic designs (banners, gifs, email popup form design)
• Research and implementation of the latest design principles in e-commerce marketing
• Regularly work with the fulfillment team to produce the final design
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Amend designs after feedback from the team
• Attend regular team meetings for updates and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce industry preferred
• Designing for email/SMS campaigns is a plus
