Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is essential
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills and creativity is necessary
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential

Responsibilities

  • Utilise Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, to produce a range of high-quality graphics, templates, and digital/print materials to support our marketing campaigns and communications
  • Develop visuals for live and digital events, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and other channels as needed
  • Create, update and refine templates as required, ensuring that materials remain fresh and engaging
  • Ensure that all visuals align with our established design style and tone
  • Assist the marketing team with creative projects from initial concept through to final delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet project objectives and deadlines
  • Work simultaneously on multiple projects across both print and digital media
  • Support the ongoing improvement of user experience (UX) across our digital channels by providing design input for websites, landing pages, and email templates
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve design outputs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, flexible and self-motivated
