Requirements
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior graphic design, including art direction
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse campaigns and your expertise in art direction
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and an understanding of emerging creative tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee creative strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and messaging
- Create attention grabbing graphics for paid and organic campaigns on social media
- Work with our video editors to create storyboards and supporting graphics for all our videos
- Champion innovative ideas, pushing the boundaries of creativity while maintaining function over form
- Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet high-quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and sales) to integrate creative solutions into broader campaigns
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, articulating the vision and value effectively
- Provide hands-on art direction, guiding the visual identity of campaigns and ensuring cohesive storytelling
- Review and refine designs and video, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends
- Stay updated on industry design practices, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the creative process
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform creative strategies
- Advocate for brand consistency across all channels and mediums
- Evaluate campaign performance, using data to refine and improve future efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both agency and in-house environments
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends, including social media, video production, and interactive design
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
