Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior graphic design, including art direction
  • A robust portfolio showcasing diverse campaigns and your expertise in art direction
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and an understanding of emerging creative tools
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee creative strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and messaging
  • Create attention grabbing graphics for paid and organic campaigns on social media
  • Work with our video editors to create storyboards and supporting graphics for all our videos
  • Champion innovative ideas, pushing the boundaries of creativity while maintaining function over form
  • Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and sales) to integrate creative solutions into broader campaigns
  • Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, articulating the vision and value effectively
  • Provide hands-on art direction, guiding the visual identity of campaigns and ensuring cohesive storytelling
  • Review and refine designs and video, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends
  • Stay updated on industry design practices, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the creative process
  • Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform creative strategies
  • Advocate for brand consistency across all channels and mediums
  • Evaluate campaign performance, using data to refine and improve future efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both agency and in-house environments
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends, including social media, video production, and interactive design
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
