Requirements

• 2-5 years in design, preferably in-house, with strong Adobe Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and proficiency in video and motion graphics software
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, functional designs, knowledge of digital marketing, and the ability to work within and improve established brand design systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and excel in both solo and team settings

Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions that align with project objectives and enhance the efficiency of design systems
• Produce diverse designs for various mediums, including infographics, motion graphics, social media, presentations, and more, to support company-wide campaign initiatives
• Uphold and expand the company's brand style guidelines, ensuring visual brand alignment across all projects
• Take ownership of design concepts from start to finish, with the freedom to innovate and lead projects
• Stay updated on design and marketing trends, providing informed recommendations to keep the brand fresh and relevant

Preferred Qualifications

HTML/CSS, UX principles, software product experience, and vector illustration abilities are all pluses
