They are seeking an experienced Illustrative Designer to collaborate with the team, create compelling designs, maintain industry awareness, and ensure brand consistency. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of graphic design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong communication skills, typography skills, design skills, and a portfolio of work. They also require bilingualism (B1 or higher) in Spanish and English. The perks include excellent compensation, remote work, a Monday to Friday work schedule, and an indefinite term contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective designs and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Ensure Brand Book guidelines are respected and consistent
