Graphic Designer

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar software
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to create original designs and adapt existing designs for various formats
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility
• Knowledge of digital design best practices and trends
• Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)

Responsibilities

• Develop visually engaging social media templates and graphics for various platforms
• Create compelling ads for Meta that drive engagement and conversions, including static and animated formats
• Design informative and visually appealing infographics for marketing reports, presentations, and data visualization
• Design additional marketing collateral as needed, such as brochures, banners, email templates, and website graphics
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audience, and design requirements
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual content
