Summary

Join Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS) as a Part-Time Graphic Designer and contribute your creativity to our Marketing team. This remote position requires a strong understanding of branding, layout, and AI design tools. You will design marketing materials for various platforms, maintain brand consistency, and incorporate AI tools into your workflow. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in graphic design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with Canva, including AI features like Magic Design and Magic Write
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and layout
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environment
  • Experience designing for both digital and print formats
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience using Canva AI tools
  • Familiarity with Midjourney and DALLΒ·E for visual asset generation
  • Proficiency in using ChatGPT for creative support
  • Experience with Adobe Firefly or similar AI-powered tools
  • A home office set up that meets the following
  • A working computer with minimum of 8gb RAM, i5 Windows10 or macOS Big Sur
  • Stable internet connection with at least 5mbps download and upload
  • A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
  • A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
  • HD webcam
  • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
  • Able to work part time 20 hrs. a week, 4 hours per day, during PST or EST time zone: (Monday to Friday)
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)

Responsibilities

  • Design digital marketing materials including social media graphics, email banners, and digital ads
  • Create and maintain brand-consistent visual content across all platforms
  • Develop visual assets for blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and infographics
  • Edit and enhance images for use in marketing materials
  • Design presentation decks and pitch materials for sales and internal use
  • Produce creative assets for video content, including thumbnails and lower thirds
  • Assist in website layout design and visual improvements
  • Create mockups and prototypes for new digital initiatives
  • Maintain a digital asset library with organized, searchable design files
  • Contribute to visual storytelling strategies across campaigns
  • Incorporate AI tools into the design process for increased efficiency
  • Implement A/B testing visuals to improve engagement rates
  • Provide design support for internal communications and HR campaigns
  • Deliver final artwork files in required formats with proper specifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic video editing for simple animations or promotional content
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
  • Strong grasp of color theory and application in branding
