The Brand Lead is responsible for designing mood boards or style guides, communicating with the design team and clients, mentoring junior designers, and following the design process using project management tools. Qualifications include being a team player, updated on design trends, proficient in various design software, open to feedback, able to work during PST, and follow task management tools. Requirements

• Team player
• Updated on design trends and can do advanced video animations
• Can collaborate well with different team
• Expert in Photoshop and image manipulations
• Proficient knowledge on how to use After Effects and Premiere
• Knows how to use Figma
• Can step in and lead the team in the absence of the Creative Lead and/or the Creative Operations Manager
• Open to feedback and uses it to improve own skills
• Able to relay ideas and feedback to the team properly and accurately
• Willing to work during PST to coordinate with other team members and clients overseas
• Able to follow design process and task management using project management tools including but not limited to ClickUp, Asana, etc

Responsibilities

• Design mood boards or style guides to present to the client when needed
• Analyze brand guidelines and assets provided by the client
• Be ready to take on last minute revisions when needed
• Can help check assets made by the fellow designers and make sure it is up to both client and company standards
• Keep the design team up-to-date on any client related topics (feedback, files, projects, brand guides, style guides, performance, etc)
• Being able to join client calls when needed
• Being able to brainstorm with both marketing and design team on trending design trends
• Track assigned brand/s' tasks, design hours consumed per month
