Requirements

• Proven experience in designing for social, OOH, paid media, and branded merchandise
• Strong proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools
• Ability to work independently, quickly, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Creative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box to solve design challenges
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Responsibilities

• Creative Asset Development: Design and produce creative assets for billboards, OOH advertising, paid media, merchandise, and other marketing materials
• Shareable Content Creation: Develop visually engaging and creative shareable content for social media and digital platforms
• Brand Identity Execution: Maintain and evolve our brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in every piece of content you create
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, content, and social media teams to ensure that all design work supports broader campaign goals and enhances the overall brand strategy
• Execution and Iteration: Execute designs efficiently and be prepared to iterate based on feedback and performance data to continuously improve the effectiveness of our visual content
