Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce industries
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Familiarity with motion design and animation tools to create simple GIFs and video snippets
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly for digital platforms
  • Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
  • Ability to balance creativity with adherence to brand guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for email campaigns, social media, advertisements, and other digital marketing channels
  • Design elements such as banners, images, GIFs, infographics, and typography layouts to enhance user engagement
  • Collaborate with email marketers to ensure cohesive and compelling email templates
  • Maintain and uphold the visual integrity of the brand across all designs and marketing materials
  • Develop templates and style guides to ensure design consistency across campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing, consultants, and external stakeholders to understand project goals and creative direction
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize innovative design ideas that resonate with target audiences
  • Incorporate feedback from clients, marketing teams, and consultants to refine designs
  • Test designs in various formats to ensure compatibility across devices and platforms
  • Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends, tools, and best practices
  • Suggest and implement new design strategies to elevate overall visual content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing assets for email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
  • Basic knowledge of website design, UX principles, and responsive design
  • Familiarity with tools for video editing or creating dynamic media content
  • Knowledge of e-commerce or performance-driven design strategies is a plus
