Graphic Designer

Summary

Join Natera as a Graphic Designer (Contract) and contribute to the creation of compelling visual content for both digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with the in-house creative team, designing and updating marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is a 40-hour/week, entry/mid-level, remote contract position based preferably on the West Coast. The role involves working on multiple projects concurrently and managing time efficiently. Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent)
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills—Must be able to multitask, pivot/prioritize, and manage projects ensuring all tasks are completed
• Excellent communication skills—When needed, communicate with team members about the requirements of each project
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
• This is a 40 hours/week, entry/mid-level, contract position (remote)

Responsibilities

• Design and update various types of new and existing marketing collateral including (but not limited to) brochures, flyers, print and digital ads, tradeshow booth design, web images, charts/graphs, and presentation design based on current brand guidelines. Video editing experience is a plus (but not required)
• Collaborate with creative team on conceptual development exercises and larger company-wide initiatives
• Proof, refine, edit, and prepare files for pre- and post- production. Work with print fulfillment team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Digitally manipulate photographs and/or artwork using Adobe Creative Suite and incorporate these images into documents
• Assist in maintaining our creative resource library
