Join our team as a Paid Media Graphic Designer, creating high-performing visuals for Meta, Pinterest, Amazon, and Google campaigns. This fully remote position requires 2+ years of experience in paid media graphic design for e-commerce or DTC brands, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong creative and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will also possess basic video editing skills and familiarity with health and wellness brands.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in graphic design focused on paid media for e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools
  • Experience creating assets specifically for social media, Amazon, and search paid campaigns
  • A strong eye for design with the ability to iterate based on data-driven insights and performance feedback
  • Demonstrated ability to produce a high volume of high-quality designs daily, meeting the demands of a dynamic paid media environment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for a cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

  • Create conversion-focused ad creatives for social media, Amazon, and search campaigns that align with brand standards and performance objectives
  • Develop compelling visuals that capture attention and engage audiences, specifically for paid channels
  • Ensure all paid media assets are cohesive with our brand identity and messaging across platforms
  • Consistently deliver a high volume of high-quality designs daily to support fast-paced campaign needs
  • Work with the Director of Growth to refine creative assets based on campaign performance insights and A/B test results
  • Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to align ad creative with campaign goals and messaging
  • Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, optimizing workflow for efficient campaign updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic video editing skills, preferably with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, to enhance ad formats on certain platforms
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and DTC advertising in health and wellness brands
  • Flexibility to work PST hours
