Graphic Designer, 2D Designer

Join our team at EFG (ESL FACEIT Group) as a Graphic Designer and contribute to creating exceptional esports experiences. We're looking for someone with creativity, passion for esports, and strong graphic design skills. This is a remote position based in Poland.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating graphics and animations supported by a portfolio
• Advanced Adobe package skills (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)
• Very good work organization, ability to work under time pressure
• Knowledge of trends in modern design
• Creativity, unconventional thinking, a sense of aesthetics
• Commitment, communication, responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in English language, both spoken and written (required)

Responsibilities

• Create and implement graphic designs for print, digital, and television broadcasting
• Work both in a team and individually
• Support administration of production plans and processes to support optimization and improvement of execution
• Assist with day-to-day production needs including scheduling and coordinating studio time, remote recordings, distributing and archiving visuals
• Take care of the visual side of our products, always looking for new solutions
• Work closely with directors, talent, production team and any other required affiliated functions
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on all content, marketing and promotional strategies while implementing innovative tactics to be competitive in the market and grow audiences
• Execute adequate control and documentation procedures for to ensure high quality
• May liaise with external vendors, contractors or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the organization's quality standards
• Identify and resolve recurring issues and suggest modifications related to quality of work methods focusing on increasing efficiency and effectiveness
