Summary

Join RTM Business Group, a professional development conferences and events company, as a part-time Graphic Designer! This hybrid or remote role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with multiple teams to create compelling designs for print and electronic media. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality designs that meet business goals and deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in design software and have 3-5 years of experience. Travel to events (all expenses paid) is required. Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of graphic design experience
  • Ability to travel regularly to events (all expenses paid)
  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Expertise with design software such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Dreamweaver
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate and work methodically
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Desire to continue developing your skills through education and training

Responsibilities

  • Work on a diverse range of projects, from web pages and presentations to marketing materials, ensuring high-quality designs that meet business goals
  • Collaborate with multiple teams or clients to conceptualize visuals that are aligned with strategic goals and branding standards
  • Conceptualize, develop, and produce visuals, including logos, illustrations, and layouts to produce final designs that reflect the brandโ€™s visual identity
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and ensuring effective project implementation
  • Continuously improve design capabilities by identifying and addressing areas of inefficiency
  • Maintain internal design resources, including photos, videos, and finished designs
  • Test graphics across various media to ensure they work effectively in different contexts
  • Amend designs based on feedback, ensuring final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Stay current with design trends and use knowledge of historical and current markets when creating designs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with Canva
  • Experience in B2B events
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Experience with web design technologies, including CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems
  • Photography experience and proficiency with photo and video editing software
