Requirements

• 2 years or more experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Canva required
• Portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of UX/UI principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Passion for technology and a desire to innovate and push the boundaries of graphic design as well as web development

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing goals and translate them into compelling graphic designs that drive engagement and conversion
• Design and develop responsive and user-friendly graphics such as posters, social media banners, etc. that reflect our brand identity and messaging
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders
• Optimize web graphics, images, and other assets for performance and accessibility across various devices and platforms
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design and functionality of our web properties
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and adherence to social media standards
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience
• Support ongoing website maintenance, updates, and optimizations to ensure a smooth and consistent user journey

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field
• Web Developer experience a plus
