You will design visually compelling templates for document ads and social media content. This role demands expertise in layout design, typography, and brand consistency. You'll create various templates for different platforms and collaborate with marketing and content teams. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in graphic design, specializing in template creation, and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, specializing in template creation for talent media, marketing, or corporate branding
• Strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Canva
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and brand consistency
• Ability to design clean, modern, and professional layouts optimized for both print and digital
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines

Responsibilities

• Design Talent Media Templates, including: 5 PDF templates (8.5 x 11 in) for document ads (e.g., infographics, reports, talent spotlights)
• Design Talent Media Templates, including: 5 image templates (1080 x 1080 px) for social media posts
• Design Talent Media Templates, including: 5 image templates (2160 x 1129 px) optimized for banner and large-format placements
• Ensure all designs are visually engaging, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Create custom graphics, layouts, and typography treatments to enhance readability and impact
• Optimize designs for different platforms and use cases, ensuring clarity across all formats
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align templates with messaging and audience engagement goals
• Prepare and deliver editable design files for team use and future updates
• Revise and refine templates based on feedback to ensure the best visual storytelling approach
