Requirements

• Completed education in a graphic design field and prior professional experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Experience with Figma, Canva, Google Workspace, and whiteboard tools like Miro
• Excellent German and very good English skills (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Develop creative layouts and advertising materials for print (brochures, flyers, mailings, trade show materials, etc.)
• Design digital assets for landing pages, product marketing, campaigns, emails, social media, and blogs (from concept to final implementation)
• Ensure consistent brand experiences by utilizing corporate design principles and style guides
• Create motion designs for paid social media ads
• Provide creative support and consultation on logo designs and visual assets
• Research, edit, and combine images into impactful and appealing compositions

• Interest or experience in creative automation and self-service tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
