This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven experience as a Graphic Designer, particularly within a tech environment. Figma proficiency is essential, and a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work is needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UX/UI Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in a tech or digital product environment
• Experience with Figma required
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Responsibilities

• Create and design graphics for websites, social media, and other digital platforms
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand project requirements and user needs
• Conduct user research, useability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and enhance designs
• Create and maintain a design system that ensures brand consistency across all design projects and platforms
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other similar tools
• Experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS code
