Ground Operations Executive

As a Field Operations Associate, you will distribute point-of-sale materials to retail and F&B partners, plan daily visit routes, conduct merchant training, analyze operational metrics, and assist in campaign deployment. This role requires a self-starter mindset, adaptability, independence, excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Cantonese, and frequent travel across Hong Kong. Requirements

• A recent graduate or early-career professional with a self-starter mindset; Previous experience in field operations, retail tech, or startups is a plus
• Highly adaptable and able to wear multiple hats — no task is too big or too small
• Comfortable working on your own and making day-to-day decisions independently
• Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements
• Organized and able to manage your time and field operations without constant supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills – you can connect with anyone from store staff to business owners
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Able to travel frequently across Hong Kong (field-heavy role)

Responsibilities

• Distribute ShopBack point-of-sale materials (POSMs) to retail and F&B partner outlets
• Independently plan and manage daily visit routes and logistics to maximize productivity
• Conduct on-site merchant training and educate outlet staff on ShopBack’s digital solutions
• Analyze operational metrics & troubleshoot operational issues affecting partners
• Assist in the deployment of campaigns, signage, and promotions to enhance user retention and acquisition
• Gather and maintain up-to-date outlet information, including store visuals, POSM visibility, and system feedback
• Provide field insights to improve operations and partner experience
• Take ownership of ad-hoc assignments and cross-functional tasks from various departments
