Join Believe, a global leader in the digital music market, as their Group Accounting Business Process Owner. Reporting to the Head of Accounting Methods & Referentials, you will be a key referent for all accounting processes. Your responsibilities include contributing to the accounting roadmap, ensuring adherence to the core model, training key users, defining processes and referentials, updating master data, and formalizing functional documentation. You will also identify business risks and optimizations, define and manage master data rules, and support change management. This role requires a strong accounting or finance background with 5-8 years of experience in a multi-company environment. Requirements

  • Higher education in accounting or finance, you have confirmed experience of 5 to 8 years, ideally in a multi-company environment
  • You ideally have experience in Digital Distribution and knowledge of an ERP (SAP, SAGE X3, ORACLE)
  • You have an English level allowing you to communicate professionally in writing and orally
  • You demonstrate autonomy and excellent communication skills with internal and external clients
  • You are proactive in suggesting improvements to ensure their proper application
  • You have a real appetite for data processing and analysis

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the roadmap M&R accounting in close collaboration with the project team and business teams and support group projects where your expertise will be required
  • Guarantee compliance with the core model, and ensure the training of key users on the application for accounting processes
  • Communicate, raise awareness and formalize the structuring principles and rules for processing tickets on the Jira tool
  • Organization of sharing/framing and business validation/implementation workshops
  • Identification of business risks, and optimizations
  • Define processes and referentials in order to industrialize and standardize accounting practices
  • Update the master data owned by the M&R Accounting team
  • Define and manage the rules for managing the master data owned by the M&R Accounting team and ensure the consistency of the main reference data created at group level
  • Formalization of the expressions of needs for evolutions (description of automations, functionalities, accounting schemes, updating of referentials/flows in the ERP, coordination with IT Finance teams)
  • Formalization and functional documentation of the problems addressed
  • Define the test strategy, contribute to functional tests and validate deliveries
  • Support change management (Support teams on new tools/processes/organization)
