Requirements

  • Strong financial planning and analysis experience including strong financial modelling and power point presentation capabilities but with a solid accounting background
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power Bi, other AI or data dashboard systems
  • Extensive knowledge of big data
  • CA/CPA qualified with minimum of 5 years post qualification experience and ideally someone who β€˜Big 4 or β€œ2nd tier” M&A or Corporate advisory (Financial DD) experience and has moved into commercial role
  • You will be someone with strong financial and commercial acumen

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient and high-quality delivery of financials and key business financial metrics and investor and Board reporting
  • Monthly tracking, reporting and analysis of the key financial drivers against financial performance of the Group including specifically but not limited to: 1MOM and YOY revenue growth by business channel/segment and revenue line; growth margins, EBITDA, NPAT, ARR, LTV, CAC, CASH barometer/cash flow forecast, liquidity ratio, reporting by cost centre, management view reporting by allocation, movement analysis – MOM, YOY, PCP, 5 year trend etc
  • Monthly tracking, reporting and analysis of key metrics for monitoring and guidance to the market including: number of pay slips or timesheets, number of clients, client churn, sales pipeline and implementation to statutory revenue, CAGR
  • Support in the preparation of investor deck presentations with key financial, operational and business metrics
  • Preparation of monthly Board packs with key financial data and financial reporting metrics for standalone and consolidated view for the Group, including analysis against budget/forecast
  • Driving the Group budgeting and forecasting process including preparation of group entity 3-way budgets. Experience in preparation of 3-way budget and forecast is a must
  • Preparation and reviewing monthly cashflow forecast for the group and consolidated cash flow view
  • Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis, forecasting, sense check analysis and performance financial analytics to help drive business growth
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Involvement in finance projects such as change of chart of accounts and GL mapping, migration to new accounting systems, implementing budget and forecasting tool, implementing group consolidation accounting system, automating AP process and any other
  • Involvement in automation projects across the group and various continues improvement projects
  • Looking into improvement and driving reporting decks for better intel and analysis
  • Involvement in M&A due diligence and data room support

Preferred Qualifications

  • High motivation, adaptive, not afraid to be hands on and can operate managing a team of greater than 5 pax as well as a sole contributor
  • Strong communication skills, independent achiever and the ability to perform at a high pace are key attributes to the success in this role
