Join Elite Technology as a Group Product Manager and lead the Financials product category, owning the roadmap and delivery of core financial solutions for law firms. You will lead a team, align stakeholders, and drive business outcomes through data-informed decisions. Your financial expertise and product leadership will ensure the platform meets evolving industry needs. Responsibilities include owning product strategy, leading roadmap development, identifying innovation opportunities, delivering products that drive business outcomes, defining and tracking KPIs, leading planning and execution, partnering cross-functionally, managing and developing a team, and driving cross-functional alignment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 6+ years in product management (3+ years managing complex financial products), strong understanding of financial controls, and proven ability to scale financial products. East Coast location is required, preferably New York or Washington, D.C. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Must be based on the East Coast, with a preference for those located in New York or Washington, D.C., due to team collaboration and time zone alignment
- 6+ years in product management, including 3+ years managing complex financial products; prior team leadership required
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and enterprise reporting
- SaaS, B2B, or enterprise product experience in legal tech, fintech, or other regulated industries
- Proven ability to scale financial products and drive business outcomes
- Strong cross-functional influence, strategic thinking, and analytical rigor
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy for the Financials category, ensuring alignment with company goals and evolving market needs
- Lead roadmap development and execution for complex financial features including global compliance, reporting standards, and internal controls
- Identify and drive innovation opportunities in financial and legal spend management through competitive analysis, user research, and strategic insight
- Deliver products that drive measurable business outcomes—adoption, retention, and revenue growth
- Define, track, and report on key product KPIs and ROI, translating performance into actionable insights
- Lead structured planning, prioritization, and execution using decision-making frameworks and OKRs
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, and Sales to ensure go-to-market readiness and long-term success
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Business Analysts
- Drive cross-functional alignment, securing buy-in from executive stakeholders and customer-facing teams
- Champion a customer-first, data-driven product culture grounded in experimentation and financial acumen
- Perform other duties as required to support departmental and company-wide goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Public Accounting, CPA certification, familiarity with Tax or Payroll processes is a plus
- Experience with AI-driven product innovation is a plus
