Summary

The Product Management team at Relativity is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the roadmap and success of their Search product, which is a core offering used for various use cases. The successful candidate will manage a team, develop a vision for the new search experience powered by generative AI, transform the search architecture, ensure customer success, and collaborate with other teams. They should have experience managing product managers, building search products, and be excited about complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of product managers focused on various aspects of building the next generation of our search experience
• Lead the vision and strategy of our new search experience, powered by the latest generative AI capabilities available from Microsoft’s OpenAI services and Elastic
• Transform our search architecture to be powered by Elastic
• Ensure customers have successful experiences by helping Relativity enablement teams and acting with urgency to address any barriers to adoption
• Work with fellow product managers to ensure a successful end-to-end search experience that supports a variety of data types from ingestion to acting on search results

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managing product managers
• Experience building search products and managing search infrastructure
