Summary

The job is for a Group Product Manager at Relativity to lead the roadmap and success of Relativity’s Search product. The role involves managing a team, leading the vision and strategy of the new search experience powered by generative AI, transforming the search architecture, ensuring customer success, working with fellow product managers, and more.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software
  • 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of product managers focused on various aspects of building the next generation of our search experience
  • Lead the vision and strategy of our new search experience, powered by the latest generative AI capabilities available from Microsoft’s OpenAI services and Elastic
  • Transform our search architecture to be powered by Elastic
  • Ensure customers have successful experiences by helping Relativity enablement teams and acting with urgency to address any barriers to adoption
  • Work with fellow product managers to ensure a successful end-to-end search experience that supports a variety of data types from ingestion to acting on search results
  • Thinks outside the box to develop solutions customers haven’t even considered
  • Work collaboratively with design and development to validate direction and solution
  • Work with product marketing on go-to-market strategies
  • Manage thoughtful scoping and prioritization while motivating through conflict and change
  • Facilitate high-priority defect prioritization, management, and communication
  • Represent Relativity at industry trade shows and events
  • As a leader on the Product team, manages a team of product managers to execute on their vision. Mentors other product managers where opportunities arise

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of managing product managers
  • Experience building search products and managing search infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile
  • Familiarity and comfort with data, including ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success
  • You are excited and curious about highly complex problems, systems, and interactions
  • A team player with proven ability to validate solutions and deliver features from inception to delivery
  • You focus on the details, but focus your strategy on the big picture objectives
  • Excellent communicator and presenter, both written and verbal
