Summary

Join Tetra's growing team as a Marketing Associate to spearhead the company's effort in demonstrating scalability nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid media campaigns, with specific platform experience on paid acquisition channels like Google Search and Meta.

Requirements

• Experience in Data Analysis and Optimization: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Looker/Tableau, and capable of driving growth decisions through data insights
• Experience Working with Agencies: Experience in managing relationships with advertising agencies and other third parties, with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of collaborations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or other analytics platforms
• 1-2 Years of In platform ad experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive user acquisition on paid channels
• Lead day-to-day communication and management of search agency ensuring they meet or exceed planned performance targets
• Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies to improve ROI
• Manage ads creative process, ensuring timely delivery and high quality ads. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and content to ensure a cohesive growth strategy
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor campaign success, making data-driven decisions to refine and adjust strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media and digital advertising
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Creative and Engineering to thoughtfully scale acquisition efforts
