Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business related roles
- Proven experience in a people management role, and developing high performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable steps to drive growth
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas succinctly and effectively
- Proven ability to work with and influence stakeholders across teams and markets
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, thrive in ambiguity, and lead with a bias to action
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the potential to take on a future P&L leadership role, influencing company direction and growth
- Build and develop high-performing teams
- Own, lead and execute the end-to-end management of high-impact, cross-functional global initiatives that align with the company’s strategic priorities
- Develop detailed plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Partnering cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of key initiatives
- Working closely with senior leadership to develop, refine, and execute strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence
- Rotate through various business functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gain a deep understanding of the company’s operations and strategic challenges
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Partnering cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of key initiatives
- Identify areas for improvement within business processes, propose solutions, and implement changes to drive efficiency and performance
- Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to ensure a holistic approach to problem-solving
- Drive alignments on objectives, gather input, and communicate progress effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Prior entrepreneurial experience or those with P&L responsibility are highly welcomed to apply
